Excellent for McCullough fans!

Colleen McCullough explores the medical field and Australia, again, in this novel about a young woman moving out of her staid home and wanting excitement in her life, including sex. She finds both. Set in the Sydney area in the early 60's (?), she moves into an area with prostitution, gays, and unusual living situations. She rejoices in her element! Her landladies daughter is intriguing to her. The story builds and while some is not a surprise, there is a twist. For fans of Ms. McCullough.
