Of all the John Gray books, this one is well worth the money. He explains the hormonal difference between men and women. It really helps a relationship but it is little medical and scientific a read.

Some good information about how male mode and female mode argue differently. Mostly learned that an argument is not the death of a relationship and that you have to have a person committed to arguing fairly on the other side for this to work. If the other party is just plain mean or selfish then no workee. Read twice and then done.
