At last a carbohydrates counter that gives the quantities per weight (50 grammes or 100 grammes) instead of giving them by cup, by spoons, or even worse "for average size" !
As a long time Atkins dieter, I had been looking / waiting for this for a very long time; my prayer has been heard.
The first fifty pages give you a resume of the Atkins, Zone, South Beach and Carbohydrate Addic'st diets, a useful reminder of the salient points of each.

Not worth the money.

This carb count doesn't truly have a list of carbs you can use. There is a lot of writing about what you "could" use the book for, but when it comes down to counting carbs and needed an accurate listing of carb listings for food and restaurants it is quite useless.
